Youth Basketball Timeline
Where do I drop off my player?
Please register at the player registration table. Registration opens at 12:30pm and will be located just inside the Field Sports Building (FSB) doors. The FSB is located in the Student and Recreation Wellness Center.
Where do I pick up my player?
Your player will be ready for pick up at the Field Sports Building. Please approach courts 5 & 6 to pick up your player. Only the person who dropped off the player is able to pick up the player. Arrangements for a different pick up must be made in advance when registering.​
Where do I park?
Parking is free. Any parking lot is available, however the most convenient lots will be red lots (R4 or R5), blue lot (H7) or yellow lot (G2). Parking map can be found . If you enter the main entrance off of Neely Ave, please take the stairs to the left down to the ground floor. Follow the hallway straight past the turf. If you enter through the climbing wall entrance, go straight past the turf and take a right.
What should my player bring?
Athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. Healthy snacks and water will be provided by BSU Dining, Piazza Produce and Pepsi Co.
Can I stay and watch?
Absolutely. There will be bleachers for spectators.​
Can I help with activities?
If you’re interested in volunteering with activities, please contact Margie Wallington at mawallington@bsu.edu!
What will they be doing?
We planned activities covering Athlete Nutrition, Skills and Drills, and Team Building. A full day timeline can be found at the top of this webpage.
How will I Know my player is in good hands?
All of the volunteers working with youth were required to complete Minors on Campus training through Ball State University’s Risk Management Office. Any questions can be sent to Margie Wallington at mawallington@bsu.edu.
Where do I get the Wavier?
You can download the waiver or pick one up from the Ross Community Center or Children's Museum front desk. Please return the waiver by Thursday, April 21st.
